Our service users remain at the heart of our service. Those new to our service will receive an initial visit from a qualified senior member of the Complete Care team. service users have the opportunity to input how they would like their care to be delivered. The feedback will form the basis of an individual, bespoke care plan tailored to ensure that all needs, wishes and preferences are taken into consideration.
Whether your requirements are for a companionship call, assistance with personal care or for more complex care using equipment, we will ensure a suitably qualified and experienced care worker will visit and tend to your needs.

To all the staff who helped nurse D, Thank you so much for all your care, your proffessionalism, your respect for dignity and your good humour. (Thank you also for the hugs C). I was really touched that so many of you attended D's funeral. He would have been so pleased. I hope you came away with the knowledge that D was a great man: a man with honour and love. He was everything to me and I miss him terribly. But as he would say "That's life - deal with it. Thank you once again, not only for your all your efforts on D's behalf, but also supporting me - especially when I was kranky through lack of sleep. You are a great team - the A-team (as D would say) and I am so grateful to you. Regards JR
