Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd was founded on the 12th June 2007.
The company is privately owned and managed by Sara Booth who has over 25 yrs of experience in the both the private and public sector.
Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd was formed to deliver a person-centred service to those in need of assistance and support to live their lives as independently as possible.
Complete Care is committed to delivering a quality service meeting needs, wishes and preferences whilst making a positive difference.
Sara has studied throughout her career and has built up a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills within the care and management sector. Sara has achieved her level 4 Registered Managers Award and holds an HE Certificate in The Management of Health and Social Care Organisations from Leeds University. Sara has also completed the PTLLS qualification enabling her to train and develop staff both internally and externally.
In 2016 Sara graduated from Huddersfield University with a level 7 Master’s Degree qualification in Human Resource Management & Development.
The company has expanded over time, covering the Wakefield and Kirklees area. We work in partnership with social services, local authorities, NHS and private individuals developing positive working relations within our community. The company is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who regulates the care industry. Our details can be found on their website which we have provided at the end of this document. The company is also registered with United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA), which are a professional association of home care providers, promoting high standards of care. Complete Care is also an advocate of Dementia Friends, Care Commitment, Dignity Champion and is an active member of the Registered Managers Network for Kirklees and the Chair for the Wakefield Registered Managers Network.

Blue is Sara's favourite colour hence the reason why the company branding is blue.
Sara's favourite flower is not the daisy as the logo would suggest, it is in fact the sunflower. Sara chose the daisy as a logo due to a programme she watched as a child called 'The good life'.
Founded 12th June 2007 the first call we did as a Care Company was on Boxing Day!
2008 - We moved into our first office at easy space. We also celebrated our first birthday!
We had our first CSCI Inspection! That was terrifying
We employed our first member of staff
2009 - Sara completed the Registered Managers Award
2nd inspection by CQC which went well
We moved to Charles Roberts office as the company was expanding
2010 - Complete Care became accredited with Kirklees Council
Complete Care invested in software to improve our rostering due to increase in care packages
2011 - Complete Care finaly had its place on the world wide web
Complete Care started providing a service across Denby Dale, Mirfield and Wakefield
2012 - Another office move as we needed the extra space for training our team. We moved to Bank Street in Ossett, just above Deans Jewellers.
Year of the London Olympics
Won the tender with Kirklees to provide additional hours
We recruited someone for HR to focus on retention and recruitment
Complete Care celebrated its 5th Birthday
We had our CQC 3rd inspection
2013 - Wayne joined the team to help with the growing business
Complete Care looked at mobile technology for improving our service!
We attended our first of many Care Awards 2013
Sara completed an HR course..the first of many!
2014 - We had a new website developed
Lisa Wright won her catagory at the Care Awards 2014
We renewed our accrediation with Kirklees
We became accredited with Wakefield
We began raising money for Race 4 Life, our first event as a team which has continued ever since
We had over 100 likes on our facebook page!
2015 - Sara completed a post graduate qualification in HR-Learning and development
We did completed another Race 4 Life event
We had afternoon tea with some of our team
2016 - Sara achieved her Masters in HR Learning and Development
Professional photos taken of some of our service users, team and some action shots
Began taking some of the team out for afternoon tea to say thank you for your hard work and loyalty. This was so successful that it has continued
Complete Care had its 4th successful CQC inspection
We moved office again as our team had grown and we wanted to be more central. We moved to Asdale Road near Pugneys
The positiivty tree was created to recognise, inspire and value passion
We had the company car printed with our logo
We attended the Care Awards where one of our team won her catagory
We attended the National Care Awards
We had our first halloween event
Complete Care founded and began chairing the Wakefield Registered Managers Network for the community services
Complete Care celebrated its 10th Birthday
2018 - Complete Care completed Race 4 life, pretty muddy challenge
Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd was a finalist in the Annual Apprenticeship Awards
One of our team won Apprenticeship of the Year
2019 - We took part in the AgeUK 'Pull Up a Chair' program.
We had our 5th successful CQC Inspection
We had more professional photos taken and again involved those we cared for and some of our team
